Echo Investment required a strategic & creative support in communication of the residential sector, building a stronger developer’s brand over the sub-brands of the projects and raising its unique approach and advantages. We were engaged for this task, and came up with an idea for a creative campaign.

„Fuzja z latem” is a new branding and communication for a cycle of summer events in a new, urban space in Łodź. We were responsible for the whole set of materials, with illustration as a main hero of the creative direction: from animation up to picnic accessories.

Our role was to support with strategic guidance and creative communication a project in its initial phase – a mix-use local centre, fully integrated with the surrounding, including a mix of public features. We helped to introduce the concept to the authorities and local community, during the public consultation process.
