The Malthouse Apartments – The Warsaw Brewery Icon. Branding and editorial design
The most prestigious address set right in the heart of the Warsaw Brewery quarter, on the ground of the former Malthouse, was the crucial stage of the whole redevelopment and its crowning element. We were engaged to develop a distinctive sub-brand strategy and marketing tools for the premium segment residential building.

We developed an expansion of the brand strategy, taking into account the significance of the building – the keystone for the grand arch. We created the name and slogan for the brand. We formed the brand’s values, manifesto, tonality and key messages.

Living here is being a part of a unique place, and continuing to write its history.
We proposed a creative idea for the hardback album about the Malthouse Apartments, took care of the copywriting, design and printing of the publication.
