We were invited to propose a branding: communication and marketing strategy and creative idea for the unique residential project of Echo Investment, located in a pleasant district, right next to one of the most beautiful forest expanses of Warsaw. Naturally complementing the neighbourhood, blending nature and city amenities, creating convenient living space. The project required a unique approach towards brand-building, taking into consideration post-pandemic needs and the latest urban trends.

The strategy we proposed was based on pillars of contemporary trends, such as ‘15-minute city’ living locally, a holistic approach and multitasking of surrounding architecture, sharing economy, philosophy of building stronger communities and a much closer relationship with nature.
We created the brand, its values, personality, name, slogan and unique language as well as logo and visual identification.

We designed and produced a promotional brochure, www, animation, creative direction for advertising, gadgets and gifts.
